Cyspin
Current name: Cyclosporine
Oral Solution
Trade name: Cyspin
Properties: Yellow transparent oil
Indications: Prevention of graft rejection in kidney, liver,
heart, hung and pancreas allogeneic transplant; and the transplant
rejection by homograft and bone-marrow transplantation. It is
also used in patients previously receiving other immunosuppressive
agents.
Dosage and Administration: For organ transplantation, the initial
dose of 6~11mg/kg (twice a day), and maintenance dose of 2.5~5mg/kg
(twice a day) are recommended. The absorption and elimination
of Cyclosporine in children are slightly more rapid than adults.
The dose for children refers to the special item. Take the fixed
quantity of the solution with specific pipette accurately, and
dilute with beverage. After mixing well, drink it immediately.
The Cyspin of
our company was approved by the
China GMP in January, 2002.

Cyclosporin
A was approved by
U.S.Food and Drug Administration
in 1997 and successfully passed recent inspection in 2003,
and also was approved by
China GMP in 2002.
Rapamycin
Siroliums (Old name is Rapamycin) is a new and
potent immunosuppresant with low toxicity and dosage. It is used
in the prevention of graft rejection in organ and bone marrow
transplantations and the treatment of autoimmune diseases. There
is synergism between Siroliums and Cyclosporin A. What's more,
the activity of Siroliums is 10-fold more potent than Cyclosporin
A and it can be associated with Cyclosporin A in the clinical
treatment. Compared with Cyclosporin A and FK506, Siroliums is
a potent immunosuppresant with the lowest toxicity to kidneys
and without any toxicity to nerves. There are 1295 transplantations
of kidneys made in the Unite State with high effect and low side
effect when patients received Siroliums.
Siroliums and its oral solution have been developed by FIM. The
clinic test of sirolimus will be carried out by key hospitals
in China soon. The purity of Siroliums produced by KR is more
than 97%. Siroliums has been exported to U.S.A and Europe.
The analogues of
Cyclosporin A
Our company also provides the analogues of Cyclosporin
A such as cyclosporin C(CyC), cyclosporin D(CyD) and cyclosporin
H(CyH). They can be used as internal reference in the analyzing
of blood concentration of Cyclosporin A clinically as well as
starting materials for the synthesis of cyclosporin A derivatives.
CyC and CyD can be used as internal reference in the analyzing
of blood concentration of Cyclosporin A and starting materials
for the synthesis of cyclosporin A derivatives. For example, PSC-833,
a cancer multi-drug-resistance (MDR) reversing drug, can be synthesized
from CyD.
CyH is another analogue of CyA with the same molecular weight
and formula as CyA, the only difference between CyH and CyA is
the configuration of the amino acid residue (MeVal) in position
11 of the structure. In CyH the configuration of MeVal is D while
in CyA the configuration is L. CyH doesn't have any immunosuppresant
activity, but it is the most potent antagonist to formal peptide
receptors (FPR) among cyclosporin analogues and derivatives,.
Now CyH is used in the study of the action of FPR. It can also
be used as internal reference in the analyzing of blood concentration
of Cyclosporin A.
Sisomicin
Sisomicin is a potent aminoglycoside antibiotic
with broad antibacterial spectrum, it is produced by micromonospora.
It is also the raw material in synthesizing ethyl-Sisomicin (netilmicin).
The Sisomicin producing strain micromonospora was selected
from the soil of China by FIM in 1982. The research and development
of Sisomicin was one of the key projects in the drug developing
area of seventh fives' plan of China. Sisomicin was approved by
Chinese Government in 1992 and has been produced in pharmaceutical
companies in Fuzhou and Wuxi. Sisomicin project achieved the pride
of Technological Achievement by State Pharmaceutical Administration
of China in 1997.
